My client currently have an opportunity in their Real Estate East Team for a Solicitor/ Associate with 2 Yrs+ PQE to join their Edinburgh, Midlothian office.Key Responsibilities In joining the team the candidate can expect to have client contact from the outset, dealing with a broad range of work including but not limited to Real Estate Finance, Sales and Purchases and Leasing. As a member of the team the candidate will work as part of team providing support and also having responsibility for their own case files and dealing directly with clients with supervision from the Partners.Key Skills and Experience Required Ideally, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years PQE level in commercial real estate matters at either Solicitor or Associate level. In addition to being able to demonstrate relevant legal expertise, the successful candidate will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving, time management and a client focused approach to all aspects ofday to day tasks. Applicants must have an enthusiastic approach to work and enjoy working in a team environment.Location My clients approach to agile working allows employees a blend of working from home as well as in our office in Edinburgh.
