We are keen to speak to people with experience in any of these areas. And, whilst not essential, we would also be interested in candidates with an understanding of or a background in corporate work to help support transactional activity such as joint ventures in the rail and energy sectors and buying and selling energy assets.Our team comprises lawyers from a number of different backgrounds. This includes a number of ex-corporate lawyers who have diversified into projects and so this would assist in continuing your development in corporate work and build wider experience in other disciplines, whilst allowing you to have much more of a focus on the fascinating sectors in which we operate.
