Job Description

This prestigious membership body is looking to recruit a temporary Project Coordinator to contribute to the successful delivery of an engagement programme connected to increasing the remuneration of healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:

  • Support the creation and updating of project files and documentation, in conjunction with the Programme Director.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, setting timescales and key milestones.
  • Coordinate and provide secretariat support to project-related meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to project finance lead to ensure project costs are accurately reflected and to produce reports and forecasts.
  • Act as the point of liaison for all project-related enquiries, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advocate on behalf of the organisation, encouraging member recruitment wherever possible.
  • Education, Skills and Experience:
  • Educated to degree standard or equivalent experience.
  • Certified in Prince2 or other project management methodology, or with proven track record in delivering projects to strict timeframes.
  • Experience of stakeholder and committee management.
  • Outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills, including report writing and briefing abilities.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in the use of MS Office.
  • Attentive to detail.
  • Salary:
  • c£17 per hour.
  • Temporary, full time position.
  • Immediate start and due to last for up to 6 months.
