Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a Project Administrator for a 3 month with a possibility to extend contract on a rate of £13.44/hour (PAYE). The working hour for this role is 35 hours per week,with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. Responsibilities:- Provide servicing including booking rooms, finding appropriate dates in diaries and minute taking. - Scheduling, attending and taking actions at engagement meetings with senior colleagues. - Supporting the project managers and teams in the collection of timesheet data by ensuring people have the correct access and prompting people to input their data.- Maintaining appropriate access to existing project SharePoint sites. - Proving general administrative support to Project Managers including booking meeting rooms and catering.- Monitoring project team inbox’s and either replying or passing to the correct colleague in a timely manner to handle the query. Essential Skills:- Experience of committee servicing and minute taking.- Experience of basic note taking, creating actions lists and requesting action updates.- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.- Competent written and oral communication skills.- Ability to manage own workload and have a familiarity with own work priorities and those of colleagues.- Trustworthy and discreet.Desirable Skills:- Experience of working in the similar sector- Experience of providing administrative support to projectsIf you would like to hear more about this opportunity please get in touch.
