Would you like to be part of these successful teamsSo what can you expectMonth 1: Complete all training and begin shadow shifts in our current servicesMonths 2 & 3: Work within our current services to enable you to grow in your knowledge, skills and experience and to understand what we are trying to achieve for each individual person we supportFrom month 4 onwardsoAs new people come to us requiring support, you will then be matched accordinglyoWork as part of a multi-disciplinary team to help design the best service for that personoHighlight and partake in any new training requiredoWork as part of a team to ensure that the support the person receives is continually being assessed and evolves to ensure it is best for that individualTo be part of this team you need to be creative, flexible and resilient. When a person chooses to move their support to ENABLE Scotlandor is about to experience support for the first time, it can be quite a stressful time for that individual and all involved.You need to want the best for that person and understand that one size does not fit all. Sometimes with new services it can take weeks or months to uncover the full needs of that individual, and for that reason we need people who have the creativity to helpdesign that service and continually re-evaluate, and also be flexible as any needs change.Teamwork is paramount to the success of each new service we provide.
