Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with one of Edinburghs boutique holiday apartment businesses. They are looking for a couple of part-time Housekeepers to support the existing housekeeping team for 20 to 30 hours per week across their venues, to helpmake memorable guest experiences over the summer months between July, till the end of September.The role:The Housekeepers will help deliver quality cleaning of bespoke, luxury holiday let apartments. These are situated in two locations, one in the heart of the city and the others on the south side of the city of Edinburgh. You will be working unsupervised,or with others depending on business levels. You will ensure the quality delivery of the cleaning of bedrooms, lounge areas, bathrooms and kitchenettes is of a consistent quality standard of hygiene, cleanliness, presentation and in in-line with the establishedbrands expectations.This is at times a customer facing role and you will need to have had previous experience of housekeeping or domestic cleaning operations. Possessing an eye for detail, remembering the "little things" that make a guests stay more welcoming, whilst beingalive to maintaining core standards.You will support the housekeeping teams as required, reporting to the very friendly Executive Head Housekeeper. Understanding of cleaning standards, linen stock management, time management, manual handling, health &safety, training, COSHH, HACCP, good peoplesoft skills, and communication skills are keen attributes for this flexible role.The person:Our client at Global Talent 2020, is looking for a hands-on approach individual looking for a stable three months of work. You must be able to work Fridays and Sundays every week, all other days of work are negotiable.You must possess a positive personality, are driven to achieve consistent high service standards and cleaning results. This is a multi-tasking role, in an amazing boutique environment.
