Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a PA/Project Coordinator to work within a global search and consultancy business. This is an employee owned business with a global client base and the role on offer requires a highly organised, professional and confident individual who thrives on being busy, being in demand and exceeding expectations.The role has three main areas of focus:Consultant support and diary managementCoordination of multiple recruitment processes at once (up to as many as 20 at a time)Assisting consultants with business development planning through research and marketawareness. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to gain experience working for an exceptional business and who thrives when working at pace and within a fast-paced environment.Duties include:

  • Complex diary management, including national and international travel arrangements
  • Oversight of the key stages in an appointment process, ensuring that both consultants and clients are up to date
  • Liaising with clients and candidates; arranging interviews and business development meetings
  • Responding to a high volume of e-mails and calls
  • Use of the company database to collate accurate and current records of client and candidate outreach
  • Dealing at senior levels with high-profile individuals
  • Keeping track of project and marketing costs, liaising with the finance department
  • Preparation of client facing documents to a high standard in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Understanding of, and enthusiasm, for the companies and sectors you are working with
Person specification
  • A confident, highly organised individual with good initiative and the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and candidates both verbally and in written format and the ability to build excellent relationships with colleagues across different offices
  • Attention to detail, ensuring work produced is of the highest possible standard
  • Highly efficient, flexible and able to change workload and prioritise in order to meet business needs
  • High levels of common sense and integrity
  • Ability to prioritise workload efficiently and delegate when necessary
