Our client is looking for a Project Manager (Riccarton Area)Client DetailsA leader in their fieldDescriptionServe as the main point of contact between technical employees, management and clients.* Help technical staff achieve their KPIs by supporting with their administrative requirements.* Supporting high quality service delivery to our clients.* Scheduling of audits and inspections.* Manage multiple competing tasks; continuously monitor progress of projects and communicate any delays to senior management.* Work with accounts department to ensure purchase orders are requested and received in line with contract requirements.* Work with accounts department to ensure all contracts are invoiced in a timely manner.* End to end involvement in projects from tender until completion, supporting the team win and deliver projects successfully.* Proof read and format documentation to ensure the quality of our output is high.* Ensure all interactions with our clients reflect positively on our company.* Interfacing with Human Resources and managing personnel activities.* Participate in ISO and quality management internal auditing.* Take ownership of the administrative function, looking to improve effectiveness and efficiency of systems.ProfileExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Job OfferA salary of up to £35,000 - lovely office environment and various perks
