Job Description

Our client is looking for a Marketing Co-ordinatorClient DetailsA leading company in what they doDescriptionWEB SITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Ability to develop and post e-blasts and social media posts
  • Maintaining all social media for all brands to include Instagram, Twitter, Facebook & Linkedin
  • Update of web site to include new features, special features and advertising campaigns
  • Liaise on the maintenance of websites for all brands in conjunction with Matrix content management system
ADVERTISING & EDITORIAL
  • Regular liaison with trade magazine companies in UK and Europe
  • Assisting in the designing and creating the adverts for all trade press and distributors marketing campaigns
  • Assisting in the copy writing for all features and news bulletins in conjunction with other MC
MARKETING CALENDARS & CRITICAL PATHS
  • Maintain and manage Marketing Calendars in conjunction with MC
  • Maintain critical paths for all ongoing projects in conjunction with MC
  • Liaise with BM and relevant external contacts for all ongoing projects
MARKETING BRIEFS
  • Assist in yearly planning of campaigns and create AW following the brief created.
  • Assist in the management of all print jobs to include quotations, booking production and meeting target dates with the MM
  • Support marketing function to deliver accurate product information and drive consumer benefit messages
TRADE SHOWS
  • Manage all aspects of the planning of trade shows to include stand design, travel, accommodation, entertainment and marketing materials in conjunction with MC
  • Attend shows where required -
  • This will involve set up and break down of the stand to ensure all drawings and plans match the final build
  • Attend our warehouse to ensure correct products and equipment is sent for tradeshows
BROCHURE PLANNING AND PHOTO SHOOT
  • Create annual mailers, brochures, shadecards, postcards following the brief created by the marketing team and Brand managers.
  • Assist in the planning and booking of photo shoots to include model selection, travel, and accommodation
  • Assist in the styling of photo shoots
  • Attend photo shoots where required
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
  • The filing and record keeping
  • Maintaining marketing material stock both in the office and with operations at the warehouse
  • General brand pod area and cupboard organisation and tidiness
Profile
  • Degree in Marketing
  • Marketing experience - Minimum 2 years ideally
  • Artwork experience
  • Competent in use of Adobe Creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign)In Henbury, these applications are used to create the below materials:
Mailers, adverts, social media content, point of sale, eblasts, web banners and efooters.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications
Job Offer REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Degree in Marketing
  • Marketing experience - Minimum 2 years ideally

  • Experience planning trade shows
  • Experience planning photoshoots
  • Knowledge of the garment industry if possible
  • Copy writing for social media and trade press magazines
