Adecco Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT 1st Line Service Desk Team Leader to work for one of our prestigious clients based in Edinburgh! This role will work in partnership with our clients expectations where you will drive continuous improvementand service excellence to deliver a highly effective out-sourced service.Title: IT Service Desk Team LeaderLocation: Edinburgh, EH3 (Hybrid)Duration: 6 months (Potential to be extended)Hours: 40hrs per week - Mon - FriYour role will be key in managing a 1st line service desk team handling MFA queries, (Multi Factor Authentication). developing our service desk team and introducing new ways of working, within an ITIL environment.
