Job Description

GRADUATE OPPORTUNITYPensions Services Assistant - Edinburgh - 20k - 25kWe have a fantastic graduate opportunity for a Pensions Services Assistant to join a leading pensions consultancy based in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company at its growth stage and really grow and develop within therole. Hybrid working is on offer with a home/office split.As a Pensions Services Assistant, you will assist in the delivery of administration services to a number of their pensions clients (predominantly with DB pension arrangements).Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records of members in the schemes.
  • Calculating benefits (both manually and computerised).
  • Providing information to scheme members.
  • Maintaining bank accounts in order to settle benefit payments.
  • Supporting other team colleagues.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience of working in a customer focussed role preferably within financial services.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work independently to manage your workload.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple demands within a busy environment.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office, Word and Excel applications to a high level.
  • Strong numerical skills with the ability to undertake detailed mathematical calculations accurately.
