Job Description

A Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead is required for a short term interim role based in Edinburgh City Centre.Edinburgh - hybrid (2 days in the office / 3 from home)Rate - £marketIR35 - insideClient DetailsThis organisation is a prominent player in the Technology & Telecoms industry, employing over 500 individuals.   • Utilise appropriate data analytics software (Tableau preferred, Power BI minimum) to analyse and assess existing financial data and performance.
  • Combine both organisational goals and previous performance to agree and monitor financial KPIs with management from across the business.
  • Engage with and maintain effective relationships with business and area leaders to develop and manage appropriate KPIs and other financial goals.
  • Work closely with colleagues from Sales and Service Delivery teams to assess and plan for future performance.
  • Present complex financial information to senior leadership team.
  • Support in the improvement and streamlining of FP&A processes.
  • Act as an SME to complex FP&A queries.
  • Creation of complex ad-hoc and one-off reports providing financial insight.
ProfileA professional accountancy qualification such as CIMA/ACCA/ACA is necessary for this role with an appropriate level of experience.
