Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a UK leading luxury bathroom panel manufacturer for an apprentice to join their Finance team!Over 100 years of experience in the business, this manufacturer produces over 8,000 panels a week for distribution throughout the UK and Northern Europe via Merchants, Bathroom Showrooms and leading online e-tailers. They are looking for an ambitious, eagerto learn individual to join the team in the heart of Edinburgh to support the credit control function.Responsibilities:

  • Processing daily cash receipts
  • Opening new customer accounts into the ERP system, Epicor
  • Raising contract support credits and processing return to stock credits
  • Using local SharePoint network for file management and storing reports
  • Maintaining the credit control inboxes and categorizing emails with Microsoft Outlook
  • Preparing reports for customer Credit Limit Review using Microsoft Excel
  • Sending copy invoices / credit notes when requested

Salary:£19,000 per annumWorking week:35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pmBenefits:
