With weekly coffee catchups and team chat, we make sure we are there for each other in all we do and can pull together to deliver for our people.The role This role will take ownership for, and lead day-to-day management of our Edinburgh office, supporting and creating a welcoming and engaging environment for people to work in. As well as providing business support services to all our Scotland based people,you will also oversee and ensure these services and provisions are consistent across our four offices.You will play a vital role as our operational health and safety lead ensuring across the organisation that we are compliant and that we protect peoples health and safety at work across our offices and in their homes.What youll do

  • Actively lead and manage Health & Safety across our multiple sites and for our remote workers ensuring legislation and building regulations are followed.
  • Manage and deliver all business support for the Edinburgh office and Scotland based employees.
  • Contract management for existing and new suppliers for our offices.
What youll bring
  • Extensive facilities experience/worked in roles within facilities, building services, estates in a business environment, with strong stakeholder and customer focused relationship building skills.
  • In depth knowledge of leading health and safety implications/legislation, facilities and building maintenance regulations.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualified in managing safely or the willingness to be trained.
This is a permanent position. Our standard weekly hours are 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday.This will need to be a full-time role.
