Job Description

Our client is looking for Executive Officer for a very exciting international organisation dealing in public healthClient DetailsA very successful international organsationDescription

  • Lead on the operation of the Chair and CEOs office, overseeing all aspects of their work.
  • Join meetings, ensuring actions are noted and enacted/allocated as appropriate.
  • Coordinate with local teams ahead of travel, ensuring time spent overseas is maximised.
  • Prepare briefings ahead of meetings and/or travel.
  • Prepare presentations and speeches as required - engaging senior staff from across the organisation to make sure these are ready in a timely manner.
  • Work with Communications and Advocacy teams to prepare draft blogs/articles as required.
  • Manage the PA, ensuring accurate delivery of all tasks.
  • Take on project management as activities arise.
  • Such other tasks and projects as are deemed appropriate.
Profile
  • Essential - Masters Degree in Public Health, Global Health or similar
Job Offer
  • Full-time, based in Edinburgh, frequently expected to work out with office hours when the Chair or CEO are travelling.
  • Salary £35,000 per annum plus 5% pension contribution and other benefits
  • Possible international travel
  • Hybrid working
