We dont just want to face the future we want to shape it.About the RoleYou will join a growing and critical part of the HR function at a key time of change. We are looking for a strong HR professional to lead on the development of our key policies and propositions for employees and to engage with internal and external stakeholders.This role sits within our global ER and Policy centre of excellence. This role can be based in any of our UK locations and we are open to flexible and hybrid working. The purpose of this role is to lead on the development of employment policy and strategyfor the Firm, working alongside HR colleagues, employee networks and Partners to align to the Firms culture and values.Key ResponsibilitiesLead on development of our policies, ensuring they are market leading, compliant and in keeping with our culture. Engage with employee D&I networks on policy development, seeking feedback and input as appropriate Collaborate with the benefits and well-beingteams to develop a holistic offering for employees. Develop Partner policy proposition alongside the GC, understanding alignment to employee offering, benefit offer and legal position.Work alongside programme team introducing Workday to develop how policiesand line manager guides are presented and engaged with through Workday.Obtain global oversight and framework for policies including development of global code of conduct, grievance, and disciplinary policies. Develop our approach to policies with clients -how we respond to requests for policies, seek feedback and collaborate with clients on policy issues. Define and develop our approach to communication working with the comms and EVP teams on our external brand and internal engagement on policies. Build anapproach and way of introducing new policies that can be adopted in the future.About YouExceptional stakeholder management, ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders including, senior management and HR colleagues. Highly effective written communication skills; the ability to break down complex information and communicatesimply across communications, policies and guides.Exceptional presentation skills. Practice of leading, evolving and driving forward people related projects.Collaborative and proactive in seeking opportunities to work with colleagues to co-create solutions that meet needs of multiple groups. Expert understanding and grasp of how to operate within an environment of multiple HR policies and procedures Good commercialawareness of the organisation and the challenges and opportunities it faces within the context of HR.
