Job Description

  • What part can you play in making a differenceThe Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme is a government incentive that helps peoples lower their home heating costs through energy efficiency measures. This role will play an integral part in what is a very exciting time at Utilita, The ECO Coordinator will drive this new department forward with the ability to support the full ECO process from start to finish.This role will allow you to speak with our valued customers as well as liaising with other integral areas of our business to make sure we offer a thorough service in relation to the ECO schemeWhat do we need from youThis role requires exceptional organisation and time management skills, making sure all aspects of the assessment criteria are covered. From assessing eligibility to bookings to maintaining relationships throughout the ECO journey we need a self-starter with the ability to use own initiative. Great attention to detail with excellent communication skills to demonstrate the ability to liaise with other departments while offering a consistent service to our customers.You should have the following:
  • Upto 2 Years’ experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Upto 2 Years’ experience of working within the Energy Industry
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word skills
  • A high level of verbal and written communication
  • Excellent level of quality assurance when dealing with written documentation
