Credit Risk Systems & Infrastructure Senior Analyst - Edinburgh/BoltonWe are working with a successful, dynamic financial services client who is looking for a Credit Risk Systems & Infrastructure Senior Analyst. As the Credit Risk Systems & Infrastructure Senior Analyst, you will be supporting the Risk team in the monitoring and development of Credit Risk systems, interpreting complex requirements and design and configuring systems to meet those requirements. Reporting to the Chief Risk Systems Manager, you would be assisting in the development, build and maintenance of the Financial Services Credit Risk systems.Responsibilities Assist in the continual improvement of Credit Risk systems and performance. Engage and partner with all stakeholders within the project life cycle; Assist requirements gathering process; Provide input to detailed requirements documentation; Support User Acceptance Implement strategy changes in Credit Risk Decisioning Systems, addressing implementation concerns as appropriate. Undertake Testing and produce auditable documentation. Be proactive and creative in dealing with any problems/issues identified throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in the development and production of efficient and effective MI, to monitor delivery of agreed systems performance to enable the business to meet its financial targets. Ensuring MI is presented in a format to engage the audience and promote decision making and actions. Requirements A background in Decisioning Systems (such as Experian Strategy Manager, SDS, Decision Strategy SCS or FICO TRIAD) and/or Credit Risk Management. Proven experience in the use of computer based software statistical packages (e.g. SAS, R, Python or SQL) and/or data mining applications. Highly numerate, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Fully competent in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent technical skills in the area of Excel and macros. Strong relationship management skills.
