Job Description

Configuration Engineer Edinburgh 6 Months Contract £45-55ph Inside IR35*** Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to achieve UK SC Clearance ***We are looking for a Configuration Engineer to join the Configuration Management Team, and support all ongoing Configuration management activities. Day to Day you will be responsible for -

  • Review and verify documentation is suitable for progressing based on set guidelines
  • Control the approval process of new documentation
  • Control the processing of updates to existing documentation
  • Record, distribute and control the documentation received from and sent to external parties
  • Continuous Improvement activities

Key Skills we are looking for -
  • Familiarity with Databases, especially PDM/PLM Toolset (Teamcenter).
  • Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Strong administration skills (preferably in Documentation review and control)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Requires to be security cleared for reviewing Restricted/Official & Secret Documentation
