Job Description

Denholm is delighted to be partnering with a leading business in the utilities space as they look to add a Commercial Bid Manager to their talented Sales & Marketing function.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make their mark in the business. With some exciting projects on the horizon and a big focus on quality, youll see some real results in your work as well as gaining some great senior level experience.Having just moved into a lovely new office in Edinburgh, this role will have the option for hybrid working if that is a preference.Whats in it for you:

What youll be doing:
  • Producing high quality bids/proposals in a timely manner
  • Manage full end-to-end bids cycle including planning resource, producing templates, formatting/editing/proof reading text
  • Developing and maintaining the bid content library
  • Completing ITTs, PQQs, RFIs and other requests
  • Working closely with Project Managers and other relevant departments
So, what are we looking for Youll come with extensive Bids/Proposals experience and be fully versed in the end-to-end bid process as well as coming with a strong commercial acumen. With a lot of time spent liaising with stakeholders - both internally andexternally - youll naturally have great stakeholder management skills and be comfortable project managing multiple outputs.
