Area Sales Manager - KitchensJob Title: Area Sales Manager - Contract KitchensIndustry Sector: Contract Kitchens, Kitchens, Bathrooms, KBB, Kitchen Retailers, Building Products, Construction Sales, Kitchen Showrooms, Kitchens, Tier 1 Contractors, Main Contractors, Developers, Regional Housebuilders, Housebuilders, Private Developersand Builders, Kitchen Showrooms, Bathroom ShowroomArea to be covered: ScotlandRemuneration: £35,000 - £37,000 + 10% bonusBenefits: £500 car allowance OR company car & full company benefitsThe role of the Area Sales Manager - Contract Kitchens will involve:

  • Business Development Manager position selling our clients manufactured range of contract kitchens
  • All of your time will be focused on selling to national and regional housebuilders, developers and building contractors
  • Focusing on schemes around 50-500+ plots upwards
  • Targeted to achieve £irca £500k 1st year and grow that to £1m in the following years
  • Work the prospects and projects to win profitable new sales growth from accurate design specifications, quotations, orders confirmations, agree contractual terms and hand over
  • Work closely with the Installations Manager to ensure project sign off and final account payments
  • Will be giving barbour ABI lead generation systems
  • Attending trade show where needed
  • Reporting to Sales Director
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Contract Kitchens with:
  • Must have construction sales experience
  • However would consider someone from a kitchen showroom / kitchen retailer background
  • Open on which construction product youve previous dealt with however it would be advantageous to be from the kitchens / KBB
  • Ideally knowledge or experience with housebuilders / developers (not essential)
  • Must be passionate, driven and hungry about your career
  • Must be able to communicate at all levels
  • Charismatic, very personable, professional and confident
  • IT literate
  • Well presented
