Do you have excellent Application Support experience Have you supported an enterprise size complex application Would you like to work for a highly successful international software company Head quartered in Edinburgh my client is looking for a number of experienced Technical Support Analysts with varying levels of experience to cover Level 1 and Level 2 roles.Initially working from home.You will working as part of a team who provide 24x7 support to their clients across the globe.Your responsibilities include:· Supporting their customer base (on-premise or within Cloud) of their use of their software application.· Take ownership of incidents, escalating and feeding back to the customer.· To either solve the incident yourself or pass to a 2nd line/3rd line in-house product expert.· Be involved in QA project work.· Software testing and bug identification.· To provide support across a variety of shifts and patterns.· Provide excellent customer support for their suite of applications running on a variety of operating systems.· Commitment and ability to continuously self-improve and develop through participation in internal training programmes. · Follow defined Problem Management process when issues are due to known bugsYour experience should include:· Experience working within an IT Service Desk· SQL querying and scripting skills· Supporting complex applications· Admin, config, deployment of J2EE systems such as JBOSS (Tier 2 level)For more information on this role please get in touch asap.%MCEPASTEBIN%
