Job Description

AdministratorLocation: Edinburgh - (Remote option available)Salary: £12-14 per hour (Including holiday pay)TEMPORARY contract - 6 MonthsFull time - 35 hoursStart date: ASAPI am currently hiring an experienced Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading financial services company on a temporary basis. My client is looking for someone with 3+ years administration experience and someone who has previouslyworked in the finance industry. You will be responsible for shareholders accounts and decision making within the team.- Responds to phone and email inquiries from mutual fund shareholders regarding, among others, financial transactions, account information or processing a transaction.- Follow internal quality standards, the current work flow for each call type (Maintenance, Financial and Escalated issue), and security protocols.- Handles requests to make updates to shareholder accounts or instructs shareholders on how to make account changes.- Has a clear understanding of Policy and Procedures.- Completes security forms in compliance with regulatory requirements.- Actively listens to shareholder needs in order to provide service that ensures continued shareholder satisfaction and complete, accurate fulfilment of shareholder asks.- Makes an initial determination of which inquiries should be escalated or will necessitate completion of an electronic ticket.- Answers phones and responds to shareholder emails with inquiries handled without a hand off for assistance.- Confirms conclusions with more senior team members.- Handles customer complaints following our standard procedures and regulatory guidelines.- Accepts feedback and coaching and proactively adjust own management of call flows in response to feedback.- Is able to work in a very structured environment.Responsibilities:- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. - Customer service experience in the financial service market preferred.- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.If this sounds of interest to you please apply below or contact me directly at and i will be in touch if successful.
