Job Description

Role: Therapy Service ManagerLocation: North West - Remote based with regular site visitsSalary: £34,000pa - £38,000paOur client is looking to take on an experienced Therapeutic Service Manager to work within their Therapeutic Offer. This is a highly influential role and critical to assist in all aspects of the work to promote a healthy and supportive environment.In this role, you will be accountable to the Director of Pathways and Partnerships and will lead the development of our therapeutic offer. You will support:

Psychotherapists

Counsellors

Third party therapy providers

to ensure that the clients services not only meet but exceed statutory requirements and standards.Overall duties:

The post holder will provide direct therapeutic input.

Ensure that the client’s therapeutic interventions and care packages are underpinned by the National Institute of Health and Social Care Excellence (NICE) and guidance contained within the National Care Standards.

Lead and support a team of Therapists and contracted practitioners.

To provide guidance and support to specialised counselling and psychotherapeutic activities
