Support Worker Support worker for Adults with Learning DisabilitiesBristol£9.80 - £10.60 per hourWe are currently recruiting a Support worker on behalf of a reputable company providing care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs throughout the UK.As a support worker you will;-Provide emotional and physical support for the individual-Organise and assist the clients with activities, shopping and accessing public transport-Administer medication-Build a positive rapport with liaising family and health care professionalsTo be successful in this role you will;

Ideally have some experience in a care setting
Have excellent communication skills
Have a passion for supporting individuals to live the best possible lives
