As a Property Manager you will provide property management and tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords and tenants. Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle
Good organisational skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Good attention to detail
Be able to work under pressure when required
Have good time keeping
Be reliable

Key responsibilities will include as a Property Manager:

Liaising between tenants, landlords and contractors when a repair is reported by a tenant to ensure any works are carried out effectively
Ensuring all landlord safety certificates are kept up to date
Negotiating deposit dilapidations where required after a tenant has vacated
Booking the routine inspections on our managed portfolio to ensure they are being maintained satisfactorily
Chasing rent arrears
Negotiating the renewal of fixed term contracts as they come to an end
