The goal is to help offenders reintegrate back into society prior to release. These covers areas such as employment, training, education, life skills, and resettlement.As a lead, you will be expected to oversee the South-East contract, and will be expected to travel to the following locations:

HMP Standford Hill, HMP Ford, HMP Stanford Hill, HMP Swaleside, and HMP Coldingley

You will manage a team of 8 In-Custody Employment Specialists. TargetsYou will also have your own caseload of up to 25some of your targets will involve number of caseload engaged with and number of interventions delivered. Networking and building rapport are very important parts of this role.You must be a hands-on leader and target-driven!You must have good IT skills (Microsoft 365) and also be comfortable with paperwork/admin dutiesthese are very important parts of the role!To applyYou MUST have access to your own vehicle.
