The cluster consists of 3 prisons that cater for un-sentenced, sentenced prisoners and prisoners who are working out in the community, carrying out reparative work or engaging in paid employment towards the end of their sentence. Therefore the role requires high levels of energy and motivation as well as the ability to prioritise. There is also a real opportunity to support patients over a period of time and build relationships. Full onsite support is given to all staff.IC24 have recently successfully been re-awarded this contract since providing Primary and Urgent care to the HMP Prison Sheppey Cluster in 2012. We are looking for staff to help us continue this growth.Staff will be asked to work from HMP Standford Hill, HMP Elmley and HMP Swaleside all situated within a 1 mile radius of each other.Who are weWe are Integrated Care 24 (IC24), the leading not for profit Social Enterprise providing innovative and patient focused primary care services.
