Job Description

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner to join a busy Learning Disabilities Team based in East Sussex.Benefits of the role:

Essential requirements for the role:
  • Responsible for an allocated workload where a high level of professional competence is required, including assessment of complex needs and risks, support planning, commissioning care and support and review.
  • Work closely with partner and other agencies and resources within the community to develop local links to ensure an integrated approach to people requiring support.
  • Identify and appropriately adult safeguarding concerns, liaising with key agencies to gather information.
What we are looking for in a Senior Practitioner:
  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
