Job Description

Pipette Support SpecialistAbout Mettler ToledoMETTLER TOLEDO is a leading global supplier of precision instruments and services. We operate throughout the world with a culture shaped by innovation and international flair.What will you doYou will work closely with the management, sales team and customers within the pipette SBU to support and deliver the below, with opportunities to identify and run projects.

  • Delivery of technical support to customers and the field sales team
  • Deliver customer demonstrations and training both remotely and in the field as required
  • Post sales and installation support of the full range of Rainin 360 solutions
  • Support the eCommerce team with customer catalogue and portal integrations
  • Pricing review activities and monitor pricing KPIs through the year
  • Tender and framework submission and reporting
What You Need to SucceedWhat you will you bring
  • Previous experience in or exposure to core segments in the workplaces of Research and Development and/or Quality in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Academia or Food
  • Ability to demonstrate skills and experience in data analysis
  • BSc degree or higher in a science field is preferred
