Job Description

Our client, a Midlands Local Authority, is looking for two Qualified Social Workers to join its Permanence Team.Hybrid working available.Responsibilities of the role:

  • Completing key forms and reports, including Annex As.
  • Completing sibling assessments.
  • Completing and updating CPRs.
  • Court attendance for order hearing and completing subsequent statement.
  • Attending key meetings, such as PEP meetings and the occasional disruption meeting.
  • Work directly with foster families with the intent to adopt.
Requirements of the role:
  • Must hold a degree in Social Work or equivalent.
  • Must be fully registered with Social Work England.
  • Post-qualified experience working with a similar client group.
  • Must have court experience.
