£40,221 - £51,515 + a wide range of additional benefits East Midlands Remote working About the Civil Litigation Lawyer role: Sellick Partnership is currently working with an ambitious Local Authority in the East Midlands that are seeking a Civil LitigationLawyer on a permanent basis. The role is predominantly home working with court attendance when required. We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals that are wanting to join an expereicned, knowledgable and tight nit team. The successful candidate withhave initiative, a proactive approach to problem solving and a real commitment to the job and ideally have previous dealings with Local Authorities. The successful Civil Litigation Lawyer will be responsible for, but not limited to: * general civil litigationconsisting of; * housing law - NO disrepair NO ASB * commercial landlord and tenant matters such as rent recovery, applications for possession, applications for new tenants * general dispute resolutions such as contract disputes, boundary disputes and generallegal advice.
