Job Description

Office 365 Product SpecialistSalary: £20,000 - £28,000An office 365 specialist is required for a leading organisation. The company is currently expanding, giving you the opportunity to join the team and work in a fun, dynamic office environment.Key knowledge

  • Become a product expert / champion
  • IT product knowledge with a key focus on Office 365, McAfee, Box, Intune, Just Call Me, SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Servers, Azure, Hyper-V, IAAS, PAAS, Firewalls and security
    • The role:
  • Work alongside the IT sales department
  • Identifying IT opportunities within the customer base
  • Training clients and internal staff on technical products
  • Provide Ad-hoc 1st line support
  • Building strong client relationships
  • Advising and supporting the pre-sales processes
  • Be part of the customer journey Pre-sales support / Technical demonstrations / Technical resolutions
  • The position requires a quick learner who is keen to adapt to new technologies alongside their day to day role.
