Job Description

Great opportunity to join a new and organic Marketing team within a rapidly growing business, specialising in Agriculture and Livestock equipment. You will play a vital part in the UK growth of this organization, liaising with international teams, implementingthe brands voice across all channels, compiling market research, and creating graphics, presentations, and advertisements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as experience with a variety of marketingtools and platforms.Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation of marketing activity, planning, and reports
  • Compile market research, competitor analysis, consumer trends and campaign results
  • Communicate campaign objectives and timeline to the sales team
  • Understand brand guidelines and consistently implement the brand voice across all channels
  • Create company and customer presentations
  • Graphic design for advertising materials
  • Proofread and edit materials: catalogues, newsletters, website posts, social media posts, etc.
  • Assist with the planning of meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
  • Build a strong relationship with the commercial and operational teams
  • Liaise with European colleagues
  • Assist with any other duties (general support to the commercial team, administrative duties, customer pricing tenders, etc.)
About You:
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent English Literacy skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good time management
  • Preferred knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop
  • Open to occasional travel
  • Knowledge or interest in agricultural/livestock sector is an advantage
