Contentious Litigation Lawyer Salary: £34,425 - £36,366 Location: East Midlands Working: Hybrid/Flexible Sellick Partnership is proud to be working with an excellent East Midlands Local Authority who are looking to appoint a Solicitor on a flexible/hybridworking basis with a salary of up to £36,366. Key duties of the Lawyer: The ideal candidate will take on a caseload of civil and criminal litigations, such as the following: * Housing law, ASB, homelessness, disrepair, possession claims. * Environmental, health and safety, planning prosecutionsand fly tipping. * Debt recovery, , business rate disputes and other regulatory matters etc. Requirements for the Lawyer role include: * The ideal candidate will have some previous litigation experience, as well as having well-developed communication skillsboth written and verbal. * The ability to communicate effectively with officers internally, and externally with courts, barristers, professional bodies, and members of the public is essential. * Local government experience is desirable, but we welcome applicationsfrom people from all parts of the legal sector.
