Known for good outcomes with their early career teachers, they have seen Year 2 ECTS gain early promotion.Role to start September. Interviews immediately

The successful applicant will:
  • Be graduating this year with QTS
  • Be enthusiastic, confident and able to show initiative and resilience
  • Have experience teaching to different levels of students at KS3 and KS4 during their placements
  • Be committed to enhancing students learning
  • Be an effective communicator with pupils and staff
  • Be self-motivated with high expectations of self and others
  • Have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with pupils, treating them with respect and consideration.
