Job Description

The successful candidate will provide customer led insight on all aspects of digital channel performance, using leading digital & data tools to monitor, evaluate, communicate, and report on channel performance.Youll be a key player withing the digital team, supporting the wider business through identifying, analysing, and communicating digital data, including website (mobile and desktop) and mobile app performance metrics to support & drive business objectives.Accountabilities:

  • Owning the development, maintenance, evaluation and monitoring of reporting and insight on key digital metrics across to understand channel performance e and customer behaviours
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for improving digital conversion across the business
  • Analysing and interpreting complex information, distilling critical insights and communicating to a highly diverse stakeholder base to drive actions
  • Document and present analytics to senior audiences in a way which can be understood by those who are non-technical.
  • Develop insights and recommendations rather than just data facts
  • Bring the customer to life through analytics, and by working closely with the Digital, CRM, Research, CX & IT teams to develop 360-degree customer understanding
  • Develop insights into recommendations for strategic initiatives to provide understanding of performance versus targets and controls - A/B testing & multivariant testing.
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience (18 months+) operating within a similar data driven digital analytics role
  • Good knowledge of relevant analytics tools (google analytics, adobe analytics etc.)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, SQL desirable
  • Commercially minded and customer-centric, whilst being passionate about data and insights.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex ideas into easily understood insights
  • Can-do attitude and the determination to achieve results
  • Analytical mindset with focus on the commercial applications of the data
  • Enjoys working at pace in a fast moving and constantly changing environment
£28,000 - £35,000 + benefits (bonus | pension | generous holiday scheme | range of flexible benefits)(The role has a Staffordshire/East Midland boarder HQ with hybrid flexibility, typically 2 office days per week)Please apply for full job & interview details.
