Leading High Street Retailer are seeking an Area Manager to cover stores across the Yorkshire , Lincolnshire and Derbyshire Areas to drive sales across the region.Key Responsibilities• Ensure all KPIs are achieved and manage stock efficiency across your area • Actively support your store managers with recruitment and HR • Provide administrative support • Ensure all targets are hit across all stores, including managing stock across the region • Work with Store Managers to ensure that recruitment and training demands are met • Drive company visions and goals, obtaining buy-in from all staff members• Identify trends across various locations and use this to help drive performance across the region• Take a commercial approach to delivering sales results across the regionIn order to be successful in this role you must: • Have a background in managing an Area of High street stores - at least 15 • Have experience as an area or district manager ideally within a high-volume fast paced enviroment • Be sales focused • Have the ability to manage and motivate staff in order to meet all targetsTo hear more about this role send your CV to Sam at ROC Recruitment
