You will therefore be responsible for creating a client-focused environment which provides the highest level of care and personal service for all staff, visitors and clients. The WSH Team are responsible for taking ownership of all client areas including meeting rooms, Reception desk, the internal practice floors, Refreshment Hubs and Staff Restaurant.We are looking for a Leader who has an ability to inspire and motivate their team creating a culture of excellence that supports the vision and values of our WSH Family for the development of our people and business ensuring our services are always market leading as well ensuring financial targets are met in line with Company budgets.We are therefore looking for an inspirational leader who is able to think creatively, be proactive and empower their team to achieve their service and financial targets. We are looking for someone with a hands on approach that has a good understanding of FOH operations as well as understanding and delivering market trends for food offerings.
