Job Description

Ramp Operative Required

  • Saturday - Tuesday 1900-0530 (40 Hour Week)
  • Flexibility required for potential shift changes.
  • Start dates are throughout August and September
  • Location: Castle Donington, East Midlands Airport
  • Duration: Ongoing - Temporary
  • Rate of pay: £11.32 per hour
  • Easy Transport links via the 24 hour Skylink bus service
  • Ramp experience essential for role
  • Full clean drivers license needed

As part of our commitment to our workforce, full Aviation training will be provided, including; Cargo Operative Aviation Security Course.Role of a Weekend Ramp Operative:We are currently recruiting for Weekend Ramp Operative in Castle Donington, East Midlands Airport.
  • Loading and unloading or aircraft
  • Operating scanners
  • Ensuring all cargo is processed in a quick and accurate manner
  • Operation of different aircraft loading machinery
  • Ensuring cargo remains secure throughout process
  • May include heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
