Applications Support - Microsoft Dynamics 365 TeamThis is an exciting new role created due to our Nationwide Recruitment Services client continued growth and success.ROLESupport consultant for the Dynamics 365 project team.As part of the managed services project team providing first and second line support to stakeholder. Handling and fixing incidents, escalating when necessary.This role is working from the office however you may occasionally be asked by your customers to attend site to assist on occasion.Developing and building business relationships with your customers/ stakeholders.Attending training and trade shows as well as conference to keep ahead of the curve on all updates and news.Be an ambassador for the company in relation to matters in and around your subject matter expertise.Contribute to company news, team events and blogs as appropriate.Essential RequirementsDemonstrate excellent communication skills.Display a willingness and ability to learn and support new applications.Experience working against Service Level Agreements.Demonstrates an understanding of business process and business practices.Comfortable and confident in customer facing situationsA strong desire to learn.Able to prioritise and manage workload.Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM hands-on experience either in support, consulting or power user capacity.A good understanding of processes within Dynamics.Strong understanding of ITIL Principles including Incident and Change Management.Trouble shooting application issue in both traditional and cloud environments.Experience of writing knowledge base articles.This will suit someone who has been 1st or 2nd tier support for a Microsoft Project and is commutable from Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Tamworth, NuneatonAshby-de-la-Zouch, Coalville, Castle Donington, Hugglescote, Ibstock, Kegworth, Measham, Whitwick, Appleby Magna, Coventry, Bardon, Derby, Nottingham, Belton, Blackfordby Required skills
