Field Sales / Business Development ManagerAn Exciting opportunity has arisen for a well-established household brand. They provide smart, sustainable solutions, to a range of industries, with big opportunities to win more business!Field Sales/Business Development Manager Role Summary:To win new business opportunities within the hospitability sector, mainly targeting, hotels, spas, and restaurants. You will have the hunter mentality, and enjoy negotiations and securing deals! You will work across the M1 corridor, ranging from, Milton Keynes,North London and Essex, covering specific postcodes such as: HA, MK, EN, NW, LV, CV, NN, CO. This role 100% pure new business, and once you have agreed sales/contracts, you will pass these onto the account managers.You must have:* Field Sales/Business Development experience within Capital Equipment/Service Contract Environment* Experience selling contracts between 3-5 years.* Strong experience doing the full sales process.* Be proficient in lead generation, via various channels such as, sales navigator, referrals, and building strong relationships with external stakeholders.* Experienced in delivering a solution-based/consultative sales process.* Strong pipeline management* Great communication and influencing skills* A clean driving licence 3 years+* Live on patch, e.g. close to the M1 corridor (east midlands, Cambridge, north London)Key Responsibilities:* To target new business opportunities in the defined territory to deliver quarterly and annual financial performance vs budget (installs/NSV/Product Mix).* Effectively network within target sectors in line with commercial strategy.
