Job Description

Customer Service Advisor (Network Desk)We are currently recruiting for 7 customer service advisors working for a global company in Castle Donington, East Midlands Airport.Role: Customer Service Advisor (Network Desk)Hours: Between 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday (37.5 Hour Week)Location: East Midlands Airport (DE74 2TR)Rate of Pay: £10.80 per hourInterview date: 20/04/2021Start Date: 26/04/2021Duration: OngoingPlease note:1 weekend in 4 will need to be worked on a rota basis once fully trainedYou will be working from home after 3 weeks of training is completedThe site is accessible by the sky link bus service or free car parking is availableEasy access from Derby, Nottingham, Leicester & LoughboroughRole of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Manage customers expectations
  • Good understanding of Network Trace Procedure
  • Maintain customer loyalty
  • Organise and prioritise Network requests
  • Handle complex issues and objections
  • Reduce volume of undeliverable shipments in the delivery network
  • Ensure initial response rates satisfy KPI specifics
  • Remain positive and professional at all times
  • Educate customers to avoid repeat issues
  • Safeguard revenue levels
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Office experience
  • Customer facing experience
  • As a Customer Service Advisor you will need to have:
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Good understanding of customer service processes
  • Understanding of the products and networks
  • Ability to prioritise workload accordingly to manage conflicting demands
