Job Description

Customer Service Advisors RequiredWe are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors working for a global company in Castle Donington, East Midlands Airport.Role: Customer Service AdvisorHours: 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday (40 Hour Week)Location: East Midlands Airport (DE74 2TR)Rate of Pay: £11.25 per hourStart Date: May and JuneDuration: Ongoing (Temp to Perm)The site is accessible by the sky link bus service or free car parking is availableEasy access from Derby, Nottingham, Leicester & LoughboroughOnce fully trained you will be working from home on a rotating scheduleRole of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Handling customer enquiries by telephone and email
  • Updating clients with progress of parcels / packages / deliveries - worldwide.
  • Processing information onto an in house data system
  • No cold calling
    • As a Customer Service Advisor you will need to have:
  • Proven experience of communications via phone and email
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Accurate data inputting skills
  • The ability to monitor and follow enquires through from start to finish
  • Be computer literate
  • Be able to work as part of a team
