Job Description

Reed Business Support are working with a fantastic East Lothian based business that are on the hunt for an experienced customer/client focused candidate to join their business on a permanent basis.Role- Client Associate/AdministratorSalary- £26,000-£27,000Location- East Lothian (car required to get to the office)Hours- Monday- Friday 9am-5pmWorking pattern- Fully office basedOur client are a well-known agricultural business that have been successfully operating since 2006. With large scale investment and continuing commercial success they have now decided that it is time to add to their business with a high-quality candidate.Duties- Taking inbound calls from clients and dealing with any queries that they may have Maintaining an email inbox and replying to varying queries Managing client requests and effectively maintaining client relationships Carrying out pricing requests Maintaining internal bespoke system with up to date, accurate data Maintaining various spreadsheets Making client suggestions related to purchases of stock Coding and batching General ad hoc administrative dutiesWe are looking for a candidate that has come from a background where they have been responsible for only providing a comprehensive administrative service but have also dealt with key clients and stakeholders over the phone.Its a role where the suitable candidate may be required to take on ad hoc tasks that may vary so an ability to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in to a task is key!Sound like the opportunity that you have been looking forApply online today!
