Morgan Hunt are currently working with one of the UKs most renowned Regulatory Bodies in their search for a number of interim Strategy Consultants to support both the ongoing delivery of products as well as expanding the strategy functions.The central strategy function is undergoing a growth phase and looking to incorporate a wider variety of functions that the organisation has developed over time. As such, the organisation is looking for a range of individuals with mixed skillset, who cansupport some or all of the areas below.You will be responsible for ongoing delivery of the strategy function such as delivering the annual plan, annual report and accounts. You will be leading on management information analysis and reporting to inform decision making across the organisation;as well as reporting to the Executive Committee and Board.In terms of expanding and developing the strategy and planning functions, you will be responsible for refining the strategy development process, developing management information reporting as well as developing the new insight and horizon scanning function.The successful candidates will have strong experience in strategy development and delivery, project management and organisational change as well as strong data, analysis and excel skills.
