Are you someone who thrives on crafting engaging employee communications strategies Do you have a passion for aligning internal messaging with organizational values and objectives Aviva is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our groupinternal communications team as an Internal Communications Manager for our Technology function.A bit about the job:As an Internal Communications Specialist at Aviva, youll play a pivotal role in creating and delivering internal communications for our Technology (CIO) function. Youll collaborate closely with business leaders, providing strategic counsel on internalcommunications initiatives. Your responsibilities will include ensuring consistency, clarity, and efficiency of communications, maximizing the embedding of Aviva’s Purpose, Strategy, Values, and Brand. Additionally, youll use data, insights, and industrybest practices to develop communication strategies aimed at enhancing employee engagement.Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in internal communications.
  • Creative, curious and a great collaborator.
  • Commercial acumen with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to spot opportunities, build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, work independently and as part of a team.
