Your Role: As Partnerships Accountant, reporting directly in to the VP of Finance, youll play a pivotal role in the financial success, overseeing Gross Profit for our PR and Experiential projects. Your responsibilities include:Maximizing Gross Profit:* Managing Gross Profit for international PR and Experiential projects.* Leading month-end accounting closes for all properties.* Vigilantly monitoring project cost* Conducting variance analysis of actual results versus forecasts.Mastery in Financial Accounting:* Skillfully handling monthly balance sheet reconciliations.* Exercising oversight of vendor payments and collaborating with the group accounts payable function to ensure timely AP payments.* Implementing and enhancing controls for vendor creation, AP, and AR processes.Business Partnering: * Arranging and attending meetings with business leaders to keep our Global CRM system up-to-date, tracking confirmed deals and pipeline opportunities.* Spearheading regular meetings with commercial teams to ensure accurate cost reconciliation and timely rebillingAcing Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis:* Crafting gross profit forecasts for the PR business unit.* Collaborating closely with Commercial colleagues to gather and incorporate essential data into our forecasting system* Nailing periodic cash-flow forecasting.* Maintaining deal recordsQualifications:* fully qualified management accountant - CIMA/ACCA/ACA * Passion for the dynamic world of Entertainment & Sports marketing.* Experience managing key accounts in a similar business partneing/account or client account management role.* Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.Whats on Offer:* Join a high-energy team thats reshaping sports marketing.* Collaborate with iconic global brands.* Propel your finance career in an exciting environment.* Contribute significantly tothe companys financial growth.* Opportunities for professional development.Apply Now!
