Job Description

*This is a 6-month interim contract to be fulfilled on a hybrid basis, with some occasional travel to their London office.*> Have you succeeded in tailoring, curating and delivering end user training> Do you have significant first-hand experience utilising Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD365)*A D365 CRM Trainer is required to support a highly impactful, national charity which is about to implement, launch and embed MD365 across the organisation.This is a critical position that will ensure all employees are upskilled, empowered, and feel confident in their ability and skillset to incorporate a new CRM system into their working day.*The good news Core training objectives have been fleshed out, and functions and expected usage are already defined, creating an opportunity to jump straight into the production of materials ahead of the delivery and roll-out of training!You will:

  • Ensure training methods are varied and engaging, tailoring your approach to the different learning preferences and specialisms of colleagues.
  • Produce specific training content and collateral that’s tailored to the individual needs and requirements of employees, dependant on their team and specialism
  • Prepare and deliver training and learner support for Dynamics 365 / Model Driven Power Apps
  • Monitor and track the completion and effectiveness of training, adjusting, optimising and tweaking your approach along the way
  • Incorporate post-training support, and transition support, and work with allocated CRM champions to ensure long-term internal capabilities and integration of MSD365 is embedded longer term
*It’s highly desired that you will produce recorded videos as instructional guides that can be accessed by anyone. This content will sit behind the curriculum of their learning management platform, and you will also contribute to the charity’s knowledge library,which in the end will be owned by users).*To be considered you will need to have experience in database development and deployment, tech-skills training, agile project management, and learner management systems, alongside a knowledge of Dynamics 365 / Model Driven Power Apps, Office 365, and a practicalunderstanding of various training methodologies.Given the nature of this role, it is equally paramount that this person has well-defined strong organisational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.*Applicants from all backgrounds are willing to apply.
