At STEM Recruitment Solutions we are working with our client who are looking to recruit a Production Operative based in East Kilbride.This is a temporary ongoing role operating on a dayshift and and backshift rotation, that may have the opportunity to move into a permanent role with the company.Job Summary:As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing products in line with GMP. This is a production role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:- Operate manufacturing machinery.- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines- Inspect finished products for quality assurance- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the production processRequirements:- Previous experience working with a regulated manufacturing environment- Ability to read and interpret instructions- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent problem-solving skills- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of timeSTEM Recruitment Solutions Ltd operates as both a Recruitment Agency and a Recruitment Business.
